Over time, deposits build up on the lining of our ceramic kilns and especially on the firing rods, for example from coloring liquids or other products that burn during sintering. This has a negative impact on the sintering quality. Some furnaces therefore have a cleaning firing. A better option is now the use of TA Clean. During a separate sintering process, the Garanulat absorbs deposits. If the firing rods were actually dirty, which is unavoidable if the furnace is used for a long time, you will get considerably improved sintering results. The product is only important for sintering zirconium. Depending on the type of furnace, a sintering vessel of a different size must be ordered. TA Clean also makes sense for the Cerec Speedfire. However, a smaller sintering vessel is required here due to the size of the firing chamber. You will receive detailed instructions with the product. In addition, a video is available which shows, among other things, how to create a suitable firing program.
