Are you dissatisfied with your sintering results? Tooth shade too light? Restoration too opaque? In many cases, this is not due to the material, but to your furnace. On the one hand, it must be correctly calibrated. A few degrees can make a considerable difference with some materials. But there is another cause: during the firing process, deposits form on the fireclay and especially on the firing rods. These are, for example, residues of colorants that are present in almost all zirconium blocks. These can be at least partially eliminated, for example, by simply adding unfired zirconium powder to the kiln and starting a firing process.
