Ultrasonic bath for cleaning wet-ground zirconium oxide

Wet processing of zirconium oxide in the MC XL grinding machine contaminates the material. This has a considerable effect on the esthetics, especially on the translucency.
In addition to the 3-tank technique (the additional tanks are also available here in the store), cleaning the restoration in an ultrasonic bath before sintering is an option for improving the results. Not every ultrasonic bath works. You should ONLY clean your zirconium oxide in this device, again to avoid contamination. In addition, the ultrasonic devices commonly used in practice are too powerful. ATTENTION: The frameworks are damaged by these devices. Another tip: Only immerse your framework briefly once or twice.
