CopraSupreme Hyperion 65/40 for MC XL and Primemill

CopraSupreme Hyperion blocks are milling blocks made of oxide ceramic/zirconium oxide. The blocks have a modified holder that allows them to be used in both the Cerec MC XL milling unit and the Primemill from Dentsply Sirona. They are used to produce fixed dental prostheses, usually in monolithic form, i.e. without veneer.
We have optimized the shape of these blocks for the CEREC system for the MC XL as well as the Primemill milling unit so that they can be easily milled if you select Dentsply Sirona - InCoris TZI-C in the Maxi M size in the case definition. It is not absolutely necessary, but recommended, to use some form of CAM software for production, as several restorations usually fit into this block. The CopraSuprme Hyperion block has a polychromatic layering of 9 layers. Very translucent zirconium with a higher yttrium content is used in the upper half of the block. This has a lower strength. Load-bearing elements such as connectors should therefore be positioned in the lower half of the block.
