The polishing of printed occlusal splints made of thermoplastic material is known to be a real challenge. As we now produce these splints on a daily basis, we have dealt with this problem very intensively and have also found an absolutely satisfactory solution. At the heart of this are the so-called fuzzies. Other printed objects and milled parts made of plastic materials (e.g. PMMA) can also be processed very effectively with them.
